 The distribution of water salinity shows the lowest salinity value of an average of 30-32 ppt at the cultivation location. Based on established quality standards, the salinity value for marine biota ranges from 33 to 34 ppt. Thus, it can be said that the salinity values ​​obtained in this research are suitable for marine marine aquaculture activities. The degree of acidity or pH is a measure of the concentration of hydrogen ions which shows the acidic and alkaline nature of waters. The pH value obtained ranges from 6 to 7.5, this value is higher than the sea water quality standard. Based on the quality standards set by the government for sea water biota, the pH value ranges from 7-8.5. The pH value is under normal conditions (Murtiono et al., 2016)

 The dissolved oxygen (DO) value obtained in this cultivation area ranges from 4.5 – 6.5 mg/l. Based on sea water quality standards for marine biota, the DO parameter is set at > 5 mg/l. Thus, the DO
