The positive impact of developing a saline tilapia cultivation model around  Karawang is its contribution to the economy of the local community. This development is carried out on an area of approximately 80 hectares, with a production target of reaching 5,000 tons per cycle. Every month the daily workforce employed for the improvemnent construction and infrastructure can reach 400 people per month. Empowering local communities as daily workers has had a positive impact on them. Apart from that, the impact of this development is also to improve road access to BLUPPB, which was previously damaged to make it better. In addition, many people use the Saline Tilapia Aquaculture development as a tourist destination with their families.
