I have worked in the aquaculture production industry and transitioned to seafood importation in the USA sourcing seafood for Darden Restaurants, Brinker International, Retail, Club and Food Service. I have total of 32 years in seafood production, sourcing and food safety. I am currently head of Supply Chain Assurance for the Aquaculture Stewardship Council and focus on program integrity.
