About the position
This role is designed to provide support to our customers surrounding feed performance, feeding management, water quality, flesh quality and health, ultimately ensuring our customers maximise the value of the feed, and get the best out of their partnership with BioMar. Reporting directly to the local BioFarm Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing technical support to our customers across our European markets.
- Visiting customer sites to realise tasks such as feed performance evaluation, flesh quality monitoring or water quality analysis.
- Design, coordinate and execute feed benchmarks both internally and with our customers.
- Contribute to the development of the range of services provided by the BioFarm team.
- Participation to tradeshows and conferences.
The job will necessitate travel (40-50 travel days per year) across our markets in Europe and a practical hands-on approach.
Requirements
About you
We are searching for someone with experience in the aquaculture industry, or a recent graduate who can demonstrate they have the potential and desire to succeed in this role and act as the link between our customers, our sales managers, the BioMar team in Brande and the technical department. To be successful you will likely have:
- Experience within the aquaculture industry, either in a production or a technical role.
- Background in aquaculture, fish nutrition, fish health or another relevant field.
- Knowledge of fish health and physiology, especially of salmonids.
- A team player mindset, with strong cross-functional skills.
- Customer-centric approach at the heart of everything you do.
- Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Proactive, autonomous, structured and detail orientated.
- Strong numeracy skills and IT skills.
- Fluency in English. Speaking additional languages will be an asset.
- A full EU driving licence.

Location: the preferred place of work is at BioMar’s office in Brande, Denmark. Other locations may be considered.
