Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase export sales of frozen shrimp. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve export sales targets.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin as this position require to communicate with China base customer; additional languages are a plus.
