We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shrimp Farm Manager to oversee our 48-hectare shrimp farm located in Lampung, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shrimp farm management and a proven track record in shrimp marketing, both for the domestic and export markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the shrimp farm operations, including planning, production, and resource management.
- Oversee and improve the production process to ensure high-quality shrimp yield.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively position our products in both domestic and international markets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust production and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead a team of workers, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility in all farming practices.
Requirements
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing shrimp farms, preferably with a focus on large-scale operations.
- Strong knowledge of shrimp farming techniques and best practices.
- Experience in shrimp marketing, with a successful track record in domestic and export sales.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to optimize farm performance.
- Willingness to be based in Lampung, Indonesia.
