This role is central in guiding the planning, design, and execution of innovative solutions, such as closed-containment systems and submersible pens as well as variety of supporting technologies both offshore and onshore. The ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills for effective team management and stakeholder coordination is essential. - Extensive knowledge of marine engineering.
- Proven experience in offshore and onshore construction and deployment.

- Understanding of the aquaculture industry and its emerging trends.
- Familiarity with risk management processes in project management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Track record of successfully completed aquaculture projects.

- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in writing technical reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the aquaculture or marine industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience overseeing large-scale offshore and onshore construction projects.
- Solid technical understanding of aquaculture systems and technologies.
- Full Professional Proficiency levels in English. Arabic and Norwegian a plus.
