Aquatic Veterinarian

Job Details

We seek a positive, driven individual to join our fish health team providing veterinary advisory and diagnostic services to the Scottish Aquaculture industry.

Key Responsibilities include (not exhaustive):

· Consult with aquaculture producers in a prescribing veterinarian or health advisory capacity, providing the very best advice and support.

· Undertake site visits to aquaculture producers across Scotland.

· Carry out diagnostic sampling and follow up, including clinical examination, and biosecurity audits.

· Work cohesively with veterinary and fish health colleagues across the wider STIM organisation, maximising the value of this to our clients.

· Manage existing veterinary accounts and establish new accounts, regularly liaising with our customers to build and ensure long lasting relationships.

· Provide training to customers and undertake project work where required.
