Job Details
Under the authority of the site manager, your missions are as follows:
- Assist the Site Manager in maintaining the operational status of the site, ensuring responsibility for the livestock and supervising daily activities.
- Participate in monitoring and respecting material investments, ensuring their efficient use and regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with the five teams (fishing, feeding, handling/diving, maintenance and logistics) to ensure efficient and harmonious management.
- Participates in respecting budgets and production objectives
- Help ensure team safety by implementing and implementing protocols and preventative measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with procedures, breeding protocols and the task plan established by the company.
- Identify and propose improvements in both the living environment and production techniques, with a view to innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
Required skills
Having already acquired solid experience in offshore fish farming, you enjoy field work and are recognized for your management skills. Your ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment, while demonstrating resilience and flexibility, is essential. In short, successful experience in supervising teams and managing operations in a marine and living environment will be decisive.
Professional diving and boat driving diploma required.
