Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships Associate to join our team. The Partnerships Associate will be responsible for mapping out stakeholders, especially grant providers, and supporting the development and maintenance of these relationships. This role is crucial for creating and managing a pipeline of grants and other funding opportunities to support NINTAI Aquaculture's mission and growth. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Stakeholder Mapping: 

  • Identify and map out potential stakeholders, including grant providers, donors, and other funding organizations. 
  • Research and compile detailed profiles on potential partners and funding sources. Relationship Building: 
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with grant providers and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and other engagement activities to build and sustain partnerships. 
  • Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates on NINTAI Aquaculture’s progress and impact. 

Grant Management: 

  • Create and manage a pipeline of grants and funding opportunities. 
  • Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring alignment with NINTAI Aquaculture’s strategic goals and compliance with all requirements. 
  • Monitor and report on the status of grant applications  

Data Management and Reporting: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partnership activities and grant applications. 
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership development and grant pipeline status for senior management. 


Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Familiarity with sustainable farming practices is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in partnership development, grant writing, or a related field is a plus
