• Assist in the administration, control and execution of the application of fish feeding and management systems. Ensuring the growth, quality and survival of fish in accordance with the production standards required by the Company. (KPI)
• Assist in the administration and control of labor laws in the center and hygiene policies, health promotion, quality of life, occupational health & safety, fish health and the environment. Maintaining safety and health, workers' rights and obligations, care of company assets and compliance with current legal regulations and/or mandatory internal regulations, as well as associated auditable records.
• Assist in the Administration of the resources necessary to meet the productive budget. Ensuring the supply of projected numbers and biomass with the required production cost (FW)/marginal cost (SW) as appropriate.
• Assist and execute in the verification and analysis of information from your cultivation center. Contributing to the availability of information for decision making in the planning, finance, technical and HR areas.
• Assist in management with the community, in accordance with the established program. Improving the perception of the industry in the community.
• Responsible for the OHS performance of the center in charge. Promoting a culture of safety among its collaborators.
• Responsible for promoting actions that promote the health of employees in their workplaces, facilitating access to the actions defined by the organization.
• Supervise the execution of specific activities in matters of SSO and Quality of Life
• Train your employees to recognize unsafe acts and conditions.
• Monitor the performance of employees in matters of SSO and correct any deviations.
• Participate in specific activities related to OHS issues.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• Higher Level Technician or Engineering in Aquaculture, Fishing or related career with at least three years in salmon production companies in fish farms with RAS system.
• Experience in modeling of breeders and in RAS in salt flats. 
• Knowledge of ultrasound.
• Excel advanced level.
• B license up to date.
• Availability to work shifts and have residence in Chiloé (Exclusive).
