- You develop strategic goals in the aquaculture industry with a focus on Europe and implement them in coordination with the specialist departments
- They develop ideas for innovative products together and on an equal footing with plant engineers, planners and operators of aquaculture plants - from materials to services to smart solutions
- You will provide technological advice to our customers and design the specification work with the decision-makers
- In cooperation with institutes and experts from industry, you identify trends and innovation approaches
- You build an internationally operating aquaculture team under your professional leadership
- You manage projects in a targeted manner and coordinate Röchling Industrial’s portfolio management in cooperation with the respective business units
Requirements
