RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP

The research work involves creating an integrated aquaculture management platform leveraging photovoltaic energy generation, i.e. creating a fully automated, sensorized system capable of controlling and monitoring aquaculture data and simultaneously generating electricity. The platform will include a family of metallic and mixed structural solutions integrated with photovoltaic generation technologies. You should have knowledge of the design and dimensioning of metallic and mixed structures, manufacturing processes, material selection, industrial automation and control, industrial management, among other tools necessary for the production and development of the designed systems. They should also have knowledge of methods for analyzing large amounts of data, which should also be processed by machine learning to develop predictive models. You will also have to carry out project management duties, ensuring compliance with what has been established at project level, particularly in terms of scientific outputs.
