Job Details

We are looking for motivated BSc Fisheries graduates to join our growing aquaculture and rural operations team for Animall Bhai App. The role primarily involves providing tele-consultation and support services to fish farmers, helping them with pond management, fish health, feeding practices, water quality guidance, and aquaculture advisory.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresher graduates as well who are passionate about fisheries and aquaculture and want to work at the intersection of technology, farmer engagement, and rural impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tele-consultation support to fish farmers.
• Guide farmers on fish health, water quality management, feeding practices, and disease prevention.
• Understand farmer concerns and provide practical, easy-to-understand solutions.
• Coordinate with internal operations and field teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Maintain proper consultation records and follow-up activities.
• Support development of fisheries SOPs and farmer knowledge systems.
• Build strong relationships and trust with fish farmers.

Requirements

• BSc Fisheries degree mandatory.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Comfortable communicating with rural farmers over calls.
• Field experience in fisheries/aquaculture will be an added advantage.
