Production Manager

Job Details

A feed manufacturing company specializing in shrimp nutrition, currently operating in the city of Aracati, Ceará , with a focus on quality, performance, and sustainability, is seeking a Production Manager with a technical profile, practical leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the production process (receiving, grinding, mixing, pelleting and packaging);
• To plan and control production, productivity, and quality goals;
• Lead the operational team, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply) regulations ;
• Supervise preventive maintenance, safety, and industrial cleaning;
• Working together with the quality control laboratory and the administrative area;
• To propose continuous improvements in processes, yield, and industrial cost.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Animal Science, Agronomy, or related fields;
• Previous experience in animal feed factories (preferably aquaculture);
• Knowledge of industrial processes, production planning, and people management;
• Analytical profile, committed and with an owner's mindset.
