Position: Shrimp Procurement (Domestic) & Supply Chain Development (SCD)

Level: Department Manager

Location: Samut Sakhon

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support shrimp farms to achieve international certification standards.
• Coordinate with shrimp farms to provide knowledge about farm standards such as ASC and BAP.
• Visit farms to offer consultation and support system improvements for certification readiness.
• Monitor progress and prepare development reports.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing raw materials from certified farms.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to select and evaluate potential farms.
• Verify the compliance of raw materials with company standards.
• Build a database of certified farms for procurement planning.
• Work with the Sustainability team to drive sustainability strategies in the supply chain.
• Support data collection and reporting according to customer and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with shrimp suppliers to improve quality and food safety processes.
• Inspect and improve operations to comply with labor laws and ethical standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage and lead the team in alignment with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aquaculture or seafood industry, with knowledge of standards such as ASC, BAP, GMP, HACCP, and labor laws.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to farms in upcountry areas.
• Good command of English.
