Senior Grader

Job Details

As a senior grader you will assist, monitor, and control the work process of the team on categorizing pearls and polishing pearls to its clean and brightness.  

Requirements

• Has healthy eyes, without any conditions such as color blindness, nearsightedness, or astigmatism
• Capable to identify and sort pearls based on their type, shape, and color
• 2-3 years of experience as grader
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Understand English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skill
• Strong attention to details
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and develop junior staff
