Over the past 30 years, Atla Pearls an Australian listed company, has become one of the world's largest producers of the highly sought-after, white and silver South Sea pearls, producing more than 600,000 pearls each year.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience in the pearling industry
• Willingness to learn a 2nd language and immerse in a 2nd culture
• Experience in a supervisor's role at a minimum
• Able to design training and education in all aspects of the pearl cultivation process
• Able to anlayze sample technician grading results, x-ray results, and mortality result
• Knowledge in budget planning and reporting
• Experience in conducting performance review 
• Able to cinstruct the harvest schedule to meet optimal pearl growth
• Flexible and adaptable
• Great interpersonal and analytical thinking skills
• Willing to travel by boat between remote sites within Indonesia
