This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fish Pond Operations Manager. The position is based in Abuja with some with accommodation.The Fish Pond Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fish pond, including feeding, health maintenance, monitoring water quality, and ensuring optimal growth conditions. The role also involves managing staff, maintaining records, and implementing best practices for efficient and productive fish farming.

Requirements

 

  • Knowledge and experience in aquaculture, particularly in fish farming and pond management
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Communication skills in both written and verbal formats
  • Basic understanding of water quality management and fish health care
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup with some tasks performed remotely
  • Relevant experience or degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Management, or related field will be of advantage.
