Shrimp Farm Manager

Job Details

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shrimp Farm Manager located in Nagapattinam. The Shrimp Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the shrimp farm, managing farm staff, ensuring healthy growth of shrimp, and maintaining farm infrastructure. Additional tasks include monitoring water quality, overseeing feeding schedules, and implementing biosecurity measures. The manager will also ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and manage farm expenditures and budgets.

Requirements

Experience in Irrigation and Agriculture Skills in Farm Management and handling Farms Basic knowledge of Poultry is a plus Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in outdoor and aquatic environments Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, or related field desirable
