BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION To fill a key position within Merinov, we are looking for a creative, rigorous individual with a strong scientific mind and a passion for applied research in the fish farming sector. Working closely with the fish farming center manager and the technical team, you will be called upon to: contribute to the development of a fish farming sector offering production conditions that meet the highest international standards; develop new species, such as Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), striped bass (Morone saxitilis) and spotted wolffish (Anarhichas minor); improve scientific protocols. You will benefit from state-of-the-art equipment in our new Fisheries Innovation Hub located on the seafront in Grande-Rivière in the magnificent Rocher Percé RCM, in the heart of Quebec's main fishing communities.

Requirements

LANGUAGES Spoken and written French - Intermediate Training Bachelor's degree, Biology, microbiology, biochemistry Bachelor's degree, Human and Animal Health Sciences Bachelor's degree, Agriculture, forestry and geomatics Experience 2 to 3 years
