About the Role:

• We are seeking a results-driven Regional Business Development Manager with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions.
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic M&A opportunities, driving the sales of our aquaculture technology and equipment, developing new business partnerships and franchise networks, and exploring avenues for business growth across the region.
• Identify and evaluate companies for potential mergers and acquisitions
• Promote and sell aquaculture technology equipment
• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and franchisees
• Conduct market research and competitive product analysis
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion
• Work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Requirements

About the Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, particularly within the aqua tech or agriculture sectors
• Background in mergers and acquisitions
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Solid research and analytical abilities in market trends and competitor landscape
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Aquaculture, or a related field
• Experience in food production or aquaculture industries is an advantag
