Content Marketing Coordinator

Zeigler Bros. Inc. is currently seeking to fill the position of a full-time Content Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media & writing strategy across the diverse business avenues.  This individual will also be a part of a small creative team to help drive weekly concepts, tradeshows, and further communications.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to demonstrating effective time management and organization.

Marketing & Communications: Brainstorm/interview team to develop content writing for our different marketing/communication initiatives for digital and print media.  This position will manage our overall social media/website needs, press releases, direct email marketing, internal newsletter, and graphis design support.  Video and motion graphics assistance to support multimedia and marketing strategies.

Event Management/Tradeshow:  Support Marketing Dept. with events/tradeshows from ideation to completion.

Administrative Support: Hands on support fo rmarketing dept. as needed. (i.e. printing, promotional materials, mail, assist in other depts.)

Packaging Back-Up Support:  Seve as backup for printing labels/tags.  Design support for labels and literature.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Minimum of Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred in Communications, Public Relations, business, marketing or similar.

1-3 years of professional engagement preferred, marketing/communications, strategic event planning and execution or equivalent combination of experience directly related to position.

Skills, Knowledge or Experience:  Must be proficient with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databses, graphic design and presentation software (Adobe ,Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc,)

Continual attention to detail in typing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Must be able to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
